We are fully compliant with all local and state regulations with regards to the work we do. This relates to our business, the equipment we use and more.
You can be home during our service. We will work from room to room and all the products we use are safe. The only limitation you may have is staying of certain carpet areas while they dry, but you can learn more about that in the Carpet Cleaning section of our FAQs.
Our products are safe for pets and children. They can all be in the home while we work. You may want to keep them off recently cleaned areas as the areas dry.
It does speed up the process if you have your furniture out of the areas we will be cleaning. In some cases we can assist with moving some items, but you will need to coordinate with us so we can have the appropriate staff as well as plan your appointment timing appropriately.
We’ve seen it all, and cleaned it all. If you think you have something unique, contact us for specifics, but in 99% of cases, we can clean it.
We always use the least amount of product, that will provide the maximum results. The dry time will also depend on the density of the carpet, the time of year and the current temperature outside. Further, space, ventilation and presence of fans and circulation all play into dry time. In most cases, your carpet is ready to walk on in hours.
Service times and appointments are typically based on current workload. In some cases a customer can get same or next day service. We always recommend an appointment as that gives us the appropriate amount of time to do the very best work we can at your job.
At Extreme Carpet Clean we try to make it as easy as possible for payment. We accept cash, credit and debit cards as well as check.
If it is during normal business hours, we accept payment at the completion of our work. In some instances you may require our services after normal business hours in which we can coordinate payment either before, and in some cases, after completion of services.
Payment for services is due no later than we finish the job. Depending on the size of the job it is typically a few hours at the most. We ask that you have your payment method available and ready.
